The GreenLight Michigan Business Model Competition is a startup event that brings together entrepreneurs and startups from all over the State of Michigan to compete for over $50,000 in prizes. Participants will pitch their ideas or new start-ups to a panel of judges and have the opportunity to network with angel and venture capital investors from across Michigan. There will be a top prize of $25,000 along with several other pries in different categories, giving the potential to win $50,000 to start their business.
Who Qualifies?
- Anyone who has a well thought-out business idea.
- Competition is open to all - students and business professionals.
- If you have a registered business entity, you must be a State of Michigan based business that has been in existence for less than a year (earliest incorporation date of 3/30/15).
- Winning funds are to be utilized to start or propel business ventures in the state of Michigan
